Hope & Kindness

Hope and Kindness was founded in 2002 by Terry and Judi Mott. They went to Kenya to set up a small school and orphanage and now, nearly nine years later, the school has grown to accomodate 140 children. In 2012 Hope and Kindness is planning to open a self sufficient school to train young people in agricultural and business skills to equip them for a brighter future. David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage

The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust is a small, flexible charity, established in 1977 to honour to memory of a famous Naturalist, David Leslie William Sheldrick MBE, the founder Warden of Tsavo East National Park in Kenya, where he served from its inception in 1948 until his transfer to Nairobi in 1976 to head the Planning Unit of the newly created Wildlife Conservation & Management Department. David died 6 months later but his legacy of excellence and the systems he installed for the management of Tsavo and wildlife generally in Kenya, particularly in the sphere of wildlife husbandry and ethics, lives on.

David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation

The David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation is a small, effective charity, that supports anti-poaching and conservation projects throughout Africa and Asia making a real difference to the survival of critically endangered mammals.
